t's unfortunate that we're writing this article. It's shameful that the history of India is overflowing with records of such RAPE cases. It's saddening, that yet it hasn't come to an end and we are not even close to the full-stop mark. RAPE cases were initially low. RAIPUR A seven-year-old GIRL in Chhattisgarh’s capital Raipur was allegedly SEXUALLY ASSAULTED on the first day of her school. The family of minor GIRL has alleged that she was SEXUALLY ASSAULTED at her school – Raipur’s Campion School on Wednesday. Though police have lodged an FIR, no arrests have been made so far. Police are examining the CCTV footage from the school. The family says when the GIRL returned home after her first day at her new school, the mother noticed that the child's underwear was missing and spotted blood in her private parts."It was her first day at the school on Wednesday. She went to the school and we wanted to meet her at the school, but we weren't allowed to do so. MUZAFFARPUR, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS, Mumbai) in an audit report revealed that minor GIRLS living at government children home located at Sahu Road under Town police station area in Muzaffarpur are subjected to SEXUAL assault. The TISS, in its report raised question in the manner the children home were run. It stated that several GIRLS were allegedly being abused SEXUALLY and tortured. After the report came to light a case was registered with the Women's police station in Muzaffarpur by district child protection unit against the Seva Sankalp evam Vikas Samiti, the NGO which run the children home.The case has been filed under section 376, 120 B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act).Talking to ANI, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Harpreet Kaur said, "The investigation has been initiated in this matter. YAMUNANAGAR, Another horrific incident took place in Yamunanagar district of Haryana on Sunday where a 6-year-old GIRL was allegedly SEXUALLY assaulted and then killed her, the whole incident took place near the former minister and Congress leader Nirmal Singh’s farmhouse in Khizrabad area of the district.The victim was the daughter of a watchman at Singh’s farmhouse. Yamuna Nagar SP Rajesh Kalia said that it is a case of SEXUAL ASSAULT as many injuries were found on her body. “There are injuries on her body, so we feel it is a case of SEXUAL ASSAULT.
